Terms of Service

Eligibility and authority

You must be authorized to act for the organization and business accounts you connect to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your access and use comply with your organization's policies and all applicable laws.

Connected accounts

The Service may connect to third-party platforms using credentials and permissions granted by an authorized account administrator. You represent that you have the right to connect each account and permit the Service to retrieve communications and send replies at your direction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials and promptly revoking access if authorization changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or connected platform policy.
• Send spam, deceptive communications, harassment, threats, or unlawful content.
• Access an account, conversation, or information without proper authorization.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Introduce malicious code, scrape the Service, or use it to distribute harmful material.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority to communicate on behalf of an organization.

Your communications

You are responsible for messages, comments, replies, and other content sent through the Service. The Service may transmit a reply exactly as submitted by an authorized user. You are responsible for reviewing communications before sending them and for honoring applicable consent, privacy, recordkeeping, and marketing requirements.

Third-party platforms

Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, and technical limitations. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, data accuracy, policy changes, access restrictions, or actions. Platform changes may alter or interrupt Service functionality without notice.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every platform feature. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, and third-party platform limits may affect availability.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being used without authorization, in violation of these Terms, or in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the Service and revoke connected-platform access at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reality Ventura and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reality Ventura from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your communications, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
