Privacy Policy

Reality Ventura ("we," "us," or "our") operates Reality Message Aggregator, a tool used to manage communications from connected business accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what information the service processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
When a business account is connected to the service, we may process:
- Direct messages, comments, email messages, replies, and related conversation history.
- Names, usernames, profile identifiers, profile images, and other information supplied by the connected platform.
- Message and comment metadata, such as timestamps, platform, conversation identifiers, and delivery status.
- Business account identifiers, access credentials, and configuration information needed to connect authorized accounts.
- Technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, error records, and browser or device information.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Display and organize messages and comments from connected business accounts.
- Send replies requested by an authorized user.
- Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- Prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use message content for third-party advertising.
How information is shared
We may share information only as necessary:
- With connected platforms, such as Meta and Google, when retrieving communications or sending a requested reply.
- With hosting, infrastructure, and other service providers that support operation of the service.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or the service.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Google user data
When an authorized Reality Ventura user connects Google Workspace, the service uses Gmail data only to display email conversations in the operator inbox and send replies the user requests. Google authentication tokens and Gmail content are not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and connected platform.
Access, correction, and data deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with the service by emailing info@realityventura.com. Include the platform and account or username related to your request so we can identify the relevant information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Authorized business users may also disconnect a platform account or revoke the app's access through that platform's settings. Revoking access stops future collection but does not automatically delete information already stored by the service; contact us to request deletion.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-party platforms
Connected social platforms have their own privacy policies and practices. This policy applies to our processing through Reality Message Aggregator and does not replace the policies of those platforms.
Online tracking
The service does not currently use personal information for cross-site behavioral advertising and does not allow advertising networks to track users through the service. Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser Do Not Track signals, the service does not respond to those signals separately. If these practices change, this policy will be updated.
Children's privacy
The service is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
