Data Deletion Instructions
Effective August 12, 2026
You may request deletion of personal information associated with Reality Message Aggregator by following the instructions below.
Submit a deletion request
- Email info@realityventura.com with the subject "Message Aggregator Data Deletion Request."
- Identify the connected platform, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Gmail.
- Provide the account name, username, or profile identifier associated with the request.
- Describe the information you want deleted.
Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may request additional information to verify your identity and protect accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.
What happens next
After verification, we will delete applicable stored messages, comments, profile details, and related account identifiers unless retention is required for security, legal, or legitimate operational purposes. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Disconnect platform access
Authorized business users may also revoke the app's access through the connected platform's settings. Revoking access stops future collection from that account but does not automatically delete information already stored by the Service. Submit a deletion request to remove stored data.
